My folks (@elizabeth.crawford2017 & my dad, the ma My folks (@elizabeth.crawford2017 & my dad, the man least likely ever to be on Instagram) gave me a big ol’ Le Creuset pot for Christmas. I christened it with pollo alla cacciatora: a very free range chicken from Il Fiorentino on Campo de’ Fiori who threw in some very lovely sage, rosemary from the terrace, juniper collected by our dear Tuscan pals, Pecorino (wine) from @enotecadiviamacerata. Great team work!
